Reached out to them through the Costco program. They are very thorough and definitely offer a great quality of service. Their price was significantly higher than expected for our job, but I would still keep them in mind for the future, because I know their approach to designing the proper system for the home is great.

We made an appointment request on the website Saturday and Jared came out on Monday. It was our first time using Jay's but we will definitely be calling them anytime we need something. Jared was great! He was very thorough, showed my husband pictures of the unit in the crawlspace that we couldn't get into, and explained everything very well. He had the truck very well stocked and the one part he didn't have, he was able to get a service manager to bring it out to him instead of having to leave and come back another day-we live about 45 minutes from Mt. Airy. Our unit is 15 years old, but Jared respected our wishes to repair the unit instead of getting a new unit and wasn't pushy trying to sell us a new one. He explained the services needed and the cost very well and answered all of my husband's questions directly instead of just trying to push a sale. He was able to do the repairs quickly and our unit is working great now! Highly recommend giving them a call!

Jackson and Mo showed up on time, were knowledgeable and professional and were awesome!! We had 2 homes and 2 out buildings in need of heat and air solutions. I loved that they listened to what we wanted and needed and didn't try to upsell us to something we don't want. They looked at out priorities for each space and even asked what temperature we keep our areas at.They looked at the spaces we need to hear and cool, measured accurately the whole space, worked with us to get ideas of where we want units to go and discussed options. They were a joy to work with and we look forward to working with them. I can't wait to see the estimates and the total solutions.

After getting a few quotes from other companies, I had a couple people recommend Jay’s, so I gave them a call and they came out to give me a quote. I was impressed with how fast they were able to get here, Josh was very professional and super friendly, while he was gathering everything he needed to give me a quote, I got online and looked up some of the reviews.. which were all pretty great! At the end of the appointment, I decided to go ahead and go with these guys and I don’t regret it at all and neither will you! Will definitely recommend Jay’s in the future.

I spoke with Angel when i called and she was wonderful. She made sure I received service ASAP. The tech came and fixed the issue with my AC and was on time. Then Jackson came to my home and sat down and explained 3 different options to replace my old AC Unit. They were very respectful, professional, and easy to work with.

Jeremy showed up within the time he stated. He performed a thorough inspection of the system and got it up and running again. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that Noah and Maddox made to show me what my furnace looked like and the options to move forward.
