When you make an appointment with J’s HVAC Unlimited you will receive depending on your preference, a notification by email or text that your job has been scheduled. We understand that it can be tough to keep up with life’s hectic schedule, so 24 hours ahead of the service visit, will send you a friendly reminder by text or email about your upcoming appointment.

You will get a final notification from us when your service technician is on the way. To provide our customers with an extra peace of mind, this notification will feature a picture of the technician and a brief bio. You want ever have to open your door to someone who isn’t supposed to be there. You can also look at the notification and literally see our vehicle on its way to your home!
