Ceth was here March 18 to service our furnace.He explained everything to us and did a good job. I would recommend Jay's Heating and Air to everyone I know. We had it installed 1 1/2 years ago and we are very happy with the furnace and the way they take care of the unit. He let us know what is recommended for our unit and the fact I have severe allergies and what can be installed to help control them. Adam McGinnis was very efficient and friendly! I’m so grateful for his business today! He helped us find a plan that worked for our family to fix our pipes in our home. I look forward to his return to work on our home and will leave another review then!Edit update: Adam returned to replace our pipes and his work was outstanding! His professionalism was so appreciated in our home especially since we had so much on! Recently, I met your Home Solutions Advisor, Stephen Whittington. What an amazing young man! Stephen took the time to measure our home, explain how the unit works and answer all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and a true professional. Also a shout out to the office staff. They were very fast to schedule an appointment and called the same day to let me know when to expect Stephen. He showed us what was wrong and was able to explain everything clearly. Great Technician, and very helpful and professional.
